Ptarmigan Bed and Breakfast offers it's guests the peacefulness of a quiet country setting. Located at the foot of Hudson Bay Mountain, guests can enjoy a view of the of glaciers right from the comfort of their own room and beautiful Lake Kathlyn is within 5 minutes walking distance for those who choose to explore. All rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated . The Ptarmigan is equipped to accommodate as many as 6 guests at one time. We offer a variety of breakfasts and do our best to satisfy the most discernable appetite. The Ptarmigan B&B is located within minutes of the Smithers international airport and we offer pick up and drop off services free of charge. The town of Smithers is truly a town for all seasons offering a whole variety of outdoor recreational opportunities to it's visitors.
